Our School to School support team includes experienced leaders from governors and national leaders, through to specialist leaders in education, who can all be deployed into schools requiring support, in addition to accessing other sources of best practice.
TELA offers school to school support in a variety of ways, which can be accessed by schools inside and outside the alliance.
School to school support ranges from focus visits/lesson observation involvement, through leadership support and specific project work, to full NLE deployment action plans targeted at whole school improvement. We also have a comprehensive peer challenge programme for members, which can be tailored to your school's needs, from a focus review to Ofsted preparation.
