Achieve is the schools based teacher training arm of  the TELA teaching school alliance.

We provide primary and secondary school based teacher training.

We are an experienced provider working in teacher training for over 10 years and delivering our own schools direct courses since 2013.

We are strategic partners with the Leicestershire Secondary SCITT, and work in partnership with the  University of Leicester and Warwick University  – this means we have a say in how we work with our partners . It also gives our trainees choices in the structure and location of their teacher training.

We are a career long training provider and have a proven track record

“The experience has made me the teacher I am today” Rosie (PE)

We offer layers of support from experienced mentors and working within high quality departments.

“A very supportive alliance. Talented staff with a passion to teach people how to teach” Megan (Drama)

We work with school leaders, outstanding practitioners and specialist leaders of education.

“The training sessions all felt relevant and pragmatic. As well as the content it was always great to meet up with other Achieve trainees” Anna (Chemistry)

We only train the teachers we want to teach within the alliance. Over 65% of our trainees get a job within the alliance with clear pathways for progression

“Getting to experience a number of different schools during training was incredibly worthwhile” Jack (Maths)
