Initial Teacher Training with Achieve with TELA

We provide school based initial teacher training in primary and secondary education in Leicester and Leicestershire. We are the lead delivery partner with the Leicester & Leicestershire SCITT along with University partners at the University of Leicester.
All courses lead to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) & Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
You will learn from current practicing teachers and university specialists. You will develop your knowledge of how academic theory underpins your classroom practice .
Our course structures cover the areas you need to feel completely prepared to enter your Early Career Teacher (ECT) classroom.

Vice Principal at Thomas Estley Community College, Max is the TELA strategic lead, bringing heaps of passion and a wealth of knowledge to support initial teacher training and our
trainee teachers through their journey.
