We are proud to deliver high-quality, school-based initial teacher training for both primary and secondary education. As the Lead Delivery Partner for Futures Teaching Alliance, we offer a comprehensive pathway into teaching that combines academic excellence with real-world classroom experience.
Our programmes lead to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Trainees benefit from expert guidance by experienced classroom practitioners and university specialists, ensuring a strong foundation in both educational theory and practical pedagogy.
Our training is designed to fully prepare you for your Early Career Teacher (ECT) journey, equipping you with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to thrive in today’s classrooms.

Vice Principal at Thomas Estley Community College, Max is the TELA strategic lead, bringing heaps of passion and a wealth of knowledge to support initial teacher training and our
trainee teachers through their journey.
