We provide school based initial teacher training in primary and secondary education. Working in partnership with the Leicester & Leicestershire SCITT along with University partners at the University of Leicester.
All courses lead to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) & Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
You will learn from current practicing teachers and university specialists. You will develop your knowledge of how academic theory underpins your classroom practice .
Our course structures cover the areas you need to feel completely prepared to enter your Early Career Teacher (ECT) classroom.

Jo is passionate about supporting trainees through their inital teacher training journey, from initial contact to 'graduation' day.
Achieve is the schools based teacher training arm of the TELA alliance.
We provide primary and secondary school based teacher training.
We are strategic partners with the Leicester & Leicestershire SCITT, and work in partnership with the University of Leicester – this means we have a say in how we work with our partners . It also gives our trainees choices in the structure and location of their teacher training.
