Our professional development offer, as well as initial teacher training, early career development and leadership programmes, includes a wide variety of networks, targeted leadership modules, peer challenge and support. Full details are in the documents which you can access and download below.

Much of our provision is secondary or primary specific although wellbeing and mental health elements, leadership conferences, support staff training and some targeted networks and training are aimed at delegates from both phases.

Some of our networks and programmes are open to non-members as well as learning alliance members.

Due to limited on site parking at TELA , all parking for CPD events and networks during the school day is located in the overflow car park located at the White Horse pub, opposite the college a little further along Station Road. Please download the parking permit.
