TELA is an alliance of primary and secondary schools working collaboratively for mutual improvement, hosted at Success Academy Trust. National Professional Qualifications
The established TELA NPQ delivery team are now the official NPQ delivery team of the Leicester & Leicestershire Teaching School Hub who have chosen Teach First for the delivery of the new and reformed NPQs starting in September 2021. School to school support
TELA offers school to school support in a variety of ways, which can be accessed by schools inside and outside the alliance. School to school support ranges from focus visits/lesson observation involvement, through leadership support and specific project work, to full NLE deployment action plans targeted at moving to a higher OFSTED category. We also have a comprehensive peer review programme which can be tailored to your schools needs.
