National Professional Qualifications
The established TELA NPQ delivery team are now the official NPQ delivery team of the Leicester & Leicestershire Teaching School Hub who have chosen Teach First for the delivery of the new and reformed NPQs. School to school support
TELA offers school to school support in a variety of ways, which can be accessed by schools inside and outside the alliance. School to school support ranges from focus visits/lesson observation involvement, through leadership support and specific project work, to full NLE deployment action plans targeted at moving to a higher OFSTED category. We also have a comprehensive peer review programme which can be tailored to your schools needs.
