The NPQML course has been adapted to include a blend of online learning, live webinars and support form our central team.

You should be a middle leader/aspiring middle leader in a school with the responsibility of leading a team; for example: a key stage leader, a curriculum area leader, a pastoral services leader, a subject leader or a head of department.

The NPQML also has focused modules on East Midland priorities such as white working class boys and leadership in a faith school.
100 guided learning hours -
27 face to face hours (replaced with online and webinar based learning)
12 hours self-study professional tasks
6 hours coaching
12 hours engagement with online learning platform and 43 hours workplace learning improvement project.
£860 +VAT (TELA members receive a 30% discount on all NPQs)
DfE guidance - Access to scholarship funding for delegates working in a category 5 or 6 area, and those working in MATs or dioceses which cover those areas remains suspended until further notice.
If funding becomes available, TELA will apply this for you.
You must have your Head Teachers full support to apply for NPQs.
