Develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours that you need to be a high-performing Head Teacher.
The NPQH course has been adapted to include a blend of online learning, live webinars and support form our central team.
Face to face delivery of the programme will resume when government guidelines allow. Full outline in the flyer below. The NPQH final assessments are competency based, testing the main competencies that are required for successful Headship.
You will be expected to lead a change programme at whole school level lasting at least two terms to improve pupil progress and attainment. You will also research your placement schools resource and capacity challenges and design an action plan to address these.
You should be, or aspire to be, a Head Teacher or Head of school. This includes Head Teachers or Heads of schools with roles across schools, for example, National Leaders of Education.
