You’ll be expected to lead a change programme at whole school level lasting at least two terms to improve pupil progress and attainment. You will also research your placement schools resource and capacity challenges and design an action plan to address these.
You should be, or aspire to be, a headteacher or head of school. This includes headteachers or heads of schools with roles across schools, for example, national leaders of education.
